摘 要:为提高制革废水生化系统的处理效率,减少制革废水污泥排放,通过向好氧系统和污泥消解池投加功能菌剂和营养剂的方式提高生化系统生物活性,提高污染物的去除率,减少污泥排放量。试验结果表明:每日在好氧池投加经现场活化的1#菌制剂20 mg/L、营养剂10 mg/L后,生化系统对COD_(Cr)和氨氮的去除有所提高,增效后生化系统的COD_(Cr)平均去除率为96.8%,氨氮平均去除率为97.6%,均高于对照组;每日向污泥消解池投加活化的2#菌制剂50 mg/L、营养剂25 mg/L后,试验组系统剩余污泥减量高达71.3%,污泥减量效果明显。为了解生物增效后好氧池菌群变化情况,对好氧池活性污泥进行高通量分析,分析结果表明,生物增效后生化系统菌种数量有所增加,部分有效功能菌的丰度明显提升。In order to improve the treatment efficiency of tannery wastewater biochemical system and reduce the sludge of tannery wastewater,functional bacteria agent and nutrients were added into the aerobic system and sludge digestion tank to improve the biological activity and removal rate of pollutants of the biochemical system,sludge discharge had also been reduced.Results showed that the removal rate of COD_(Cr) and ammonia nitrogen by biochemical system were improved after adding 20 mg/L 1#bacteria agent and 10 mg/L nutrients into aerobic pool every day.The average removal rate of COD_(Cr) and ammonia nitrogen were 96.8%and 97.6%,which were higher than the control group.After adding 50 mg/L 2#bacteria agent and 25 mg/L nutrientst into the sludge digestion tank every day,the experimental group residual sludge reduction was up to 71.3%,sludge reduction effect was obvious.For further details of the changes of aerobic pool flora after bioaugmentations,a high-throughput analysis was carried out on aerobic pool activated sludge.Results showed that the number of bacteria in biochemical system increased significantly after bioaugmentation,the abundance of some effective functional bacteria were significantly increased.
