摘 要:针对微污染盐碱地区地下水水源高氟、菌群超标、重金属超标、口感差等问题,以实际工程为例,分析地区水质现状情况,并与《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)、《饮用净水水质标准》(CJ 94—2005)进行对比分析。结合项目现状供水特点与设备空间不足的情况,进行水处理工艺组合的优选。提出了以除氟过滤器、软化和超滤为关键环节的组合工艺,针对性地解决微污染盐碱地区的氟化物、菌群、重金属等物质超标问题,改善出水口感。同时,该工艺组合产水回收率高,投资少、系统简单、占地面积集约、自动化程度高。并且设备尺寸可根据不同的预留空间进行调整,易运行维护。该项目研究为类似微污染盐碱地区的优质饮用水供给提供了可借鉴的经验。Aiming at the problems of high fluoride,over standard bacteria and heavy metals in groundwater sources of slightly polluted saline alkali areas,taking the actual project as an example,the current situation of water quality in the area is analyzed,and the Drinking Water Health Standard(GB 5749—2006)is compared with the Drinking Water Quality Standard(CJ 94—2005).Combining the current water supply characteristics of the project and the lack of equipment space,the water treatment process combination is optimized.A combined process with fluorine removal filter,softening and ultrafiltration is proposed to specifically solve the problem of excessive fluoride,bacteria,heavy metals and other substances in micro-polluted saline-alkali areas,and improve the taste of water.At the same time,the combined process has the advantages of high water recovery rate,less investment,simple system,intensive floor area and high degree of automation.Moreover,the equipment size can be adjusted according to different reserved space,which is easy to operate and maintain.The research of this project provides a useful experience for the supply of high-quality drinking water in similar micro-polluted saline-alkali areas.
