摘  要:为了解灰楸家系生长和材性遗传变异规律,提高灰楸综合遗传改良效率。以甘肃小陇山林科所14年生灰楸家系为材料,采用活立木力学性质测定仪和阻力仪(Pilodyn),进行了材性和生长多个性状的遗传变异分析和联合选择。结果表明:生长与材性性状在家系间存在差异,材积的变异系数最大,达到29.71%,材性性状的遗传力高于生长性状,都受中等强度以上的遗传控制。Pilodyn值和生长性状正相关,波速与胸径负相关。采用隶属函数法选育出兼具生长和材质优良的3个优良家系,材积、树高、胸径,弹性模量平均遗传增益分别达到19.24%、8.26%、7.87%、8.42%。The aim of this study was to understand the growth and genetic variation of wood properties of Catalpa fargesii and improve the efficiency of comprehensive genetic improvement.Genetic variation analysis and joint selection of wood property and growth traits were carried out in a 14-year-old family of Catalpa fargesii from Xiaolongshan forestry science institute in Gansu province by using the Pilodyn.The results showed that there were differences between growth and material properties among families,and the coefficient of variation of volume was the highest (29.71%).The heritability of material properties was higher than that of growth properties,which were controlled by moderate intensity of heredity.The value of Pilodyn was positively correlated with growth traits,and wave velocity was negatively correlated with DBH.Three excellent families with good growth and material quality were selected by membership function method.The average genetic gain of volume,height,DBH and elastic modulus was 19.24%,8.26%,7.87% and 8.42%,respectively.
