摘  要:为了探索硝普钠对3种草花品种植物抗旱性的影响,采用盆栽试验研究了不同浓度硝普钠对甘野菊、天人菊和美丽飞蓬3种草花品种气孔的开张、叶片叶绿素含量、叶片相对含水量和细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明,硝普钠显著提高了3种草花品种的抗干旱能力,其中0.50 mmol/L~1.00 mmol/LSNP(一氧化氮供体硝普钠)处理可降低气孔的开张和叶片细胞膜透性,提高叶片的相对含水量和叶片叶绿素含量,从而能有效缓解自然干旱胁迫对3种草花品种生长的抑制。In order to explore the effects of sodium nitroprusside on drought resistance of three herbaceous flowers, pot experiments were carried out to study the effects of different concentrations of sodium nitroprusside on stomatal opening, leaf chlorophyll content, leaf relative water content and cell membrane permeability of three herbaceous flowers: Dendranthema lavandulifolium, Gaillardia aristata‘Arizona Sun’ and Erigeron speciosus. The results showed that sodium nitroprusside significantly improved the drought resistance of three herbaceous flowers. 0.5 mmol/L~1.0 mmol/L SNP(nitric oxide donor sodium nitroprusside) treatment could reduce the stomatal opening and leaf cell membrane permeability, improve the relative water content and chlorophyll content of leaves, and effectively alleviate the inhibition of natural drought stress on the growth of three herbcaceous flowers.
