摘  要:试验选用巴马香公猪为研究对象,旨在研究复方中草药在提高公猪精液品质和免疫功能方面的作用。将12只巴马香公猪随机分为4组,每组3只,分别为对照组和3个给药组(低、中、高剂量给药组)。对照组仅饲喂基础日粮,低、中、高剂量组在基础日粮中分别添加1%、2%和3%的复方中草药。分别在给药后第0、7、14和21天采集精液,检测精液量、精子活力和精子畸形率;空腹前腔静脉采血,测定IgA、IgG和IgM含量。结果表明,日粮中添加复方中草药可提高巴马香公猪精液品质和免疫功能。其中,以添加中剂量复方中草药效果最好。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of compound traditional Chinese medicine(CCM)on the semen quality and immune function in Bama boar.Twelve boars were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 boars per group,which were control group and 3 medicine experimental groups.The control group was fed basic ration only.The boars of 3 administered groups were given CCM respectively with 1%,2%and 3%at low,middle,high dosage.On 0,7,14 and 21 day after administration,semen was collected to detect semen volume,sperm motility and sperm malformation rate.Fasting blood was collected from the anterior vena cava and serum was isolated to test the contents of IgA,IgG and IgM.The results indicated that CCM added into the basic diet can improve semen quality and immune function of Bama boars,and the effect of middle dose group was the best.
