大学生家教平台创建及发展策略研究——以巢湖学院为例

摘　　要：应试教育背景下,中小学生课外辅导需求与日俱增与优质师资资源之间存在矛盾,因而充分利用好在校大学生家教资源能有效缓解教育市场对家教需求。以巢湖市大学生、家长及学生为主要对象,进行深入调查研究。根据研究结论,提出相应的对策——建立大学生家教平台。本文以巢湖学院为例,研究大学生家教平台构建可能性和家教平台前景,最终创造家长—大学生家教—中小学生三方受益的家教平台体系。Under the background of exam-oriented education,there is a contradiction between the increasing demand for extra-curricular tutoring of primary and middle school students and the high-quality teacher resources.Therefore,making full use of college students'tutoring resources can effectively alleviate the demand for tutoring in the education market.Taking Chaohu university students,parents and students as the main objects,this paper conducts in-depth investigation and research.According to the research conclusion,the corresponding countermeasure is put forward——to establish the college student tutoring platform.Taking Chaohu College as an example,this paper studies the possibility and prospect of college student tutoring platform construction,and finally creates a tutoring platform system benefiting parents,college student tutoring and primary and middle school students.
