摘　　要：一法兩機制法治定香江,鄭雁雄(中央駐港維護國家安全公署署長)香港圈安法刊志實施一年来,中央堅守依法治港帶來了顯著效果,香港國安法在法理、道義、與論、實踐上已然落地。香港國安法‘一法定香江’香港國安法堵塞了國家安全法治漏洞。累計以涉嫌危害國家安全拘捕132人.已檢控70人及3家公司。立法原意得到有效彰顯,社會秩序得到有力維護,各個重要節點平安穩定,百姓重享安寧。特區管治團隊有效履職,各部門擔當作為,執法司法部門忠诚履職。One law and Two Mechanisms to Secure the Rule of Law in Hong Kong Zheng Yanxiong(Director of Office for Safeguarding National Security of the Central People's Government of the PRC in the HKSAR)Over the past year since the promulgation and implementation of the Law of People's Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(short for Hong Kong National Security Law),the central authorities'adherence to governing Hong Kong according to law has produced remarkable results.The Hong Kong National Security Law has been implemented in jurisprudence,morality.public opinion and practice.
