摘　　要：随着生态文明实践的不断深入和空间治理策略上升为国家战略,流域尺度下的城市空间治理已成为区域国土空间可持续发展的重要抓手。文章通过分析城市空间治理的困境,结合广州市碧道规划建设实践,提出依托天然河涌水系推动城市空间治理,通过水陆联动、部门协同,全面统筹流域国土空间自然资源,构建多层次的流域空间网络,拓展流域空间市场化治理模式,实现流域尺度的城市空间综合治理,以期为城市治理和国土空间规划等相关工作提供参考。With the deepening of ecological civilization practice and the elevation of spatial governance strategies to national strategies,urban spatial governance at watershed scale has become important for the sustainable development of regional land and space.With Guangzhou garden corridor planning and construction as an example,the paper studies the difficulties in urban space governance,and puts forwards natural rivers governance strategies.At watershed scale,natural land and space resources shall be integrated,and multi-level spatial network and market oriented governance shall be combined to realize comprehensive urban space governance.It provides a reference for urban governance and national territory spatial planning.
