紫正地黄汤加减治疗反流性咽喉炎肺胃郁热证的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察紫正地黄汤加减治疗反流性咽喉炎肺胃郁热证的临床疗效。方法:将60例反流性咽喉炎肺胃郁热证患者按就诊先后顺序编号,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组患者采用紫正地黄汤加减治疗,对照组患者口服兰索拉唑肠溶片治疗,两组患者均治疗28 d。依据反流症状指数(RSI)评分及视觉模拟(VAS)评分法,评定患者治疗前后症状积分变化、疗效及安全性。结果:治疗后两组患者RSI评分及VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者治疗后RSI评分及VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见药物不良反应。结论:紫正地黄汤加减治疗反流性咽喉炎肺胃郁热证有较好疗效,且安全性好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zizheng Dihuang Decoction on laryngo-pharyngeal reflux with lung stomach stagnation heat syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 patients with laryngo-pharyngeal reflux with lung stomach stagnation heat syndrome were numbered according to the order of treatment,and were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Zizheng Dihuang Decoction,and patients in the control group were treated with lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets.Both groups were treated for 28 days.According to the reflux symptom index score and the visual analogue scale score,the change of symptom score,treatment effect and safety were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the RSI score and VAS score of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the RSI score and VAS score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse drug reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Modified Zizheng Dihuang Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of laryngo-pharyngeal reflux with lung stomach stagnation heat syndrome.
