激痛点关刺联合中渚穴电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察肩胛部激痛点关刺联合中渚穴电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将72例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组36例。治疗组患者于激痛点实施关刺手法,并采用激痛点及中渚穴电针治疗,对照组患者参照《针灸治疗学》常规取穴、针刺,并采用C4、C5、C6颈夹脊穴电针治疗。两组均每日治疗1次,10次为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)评分变化。结果:治疗组脱落1例,实际完成35例;对照组脱落2例,实际完成34例。治疗后两组患者VAS、NPQ评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后VAS、NPQ评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组愈显率为85.71%(30/35),对照组愈显率为61.76%(21/34),治疗组愈显率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肩胛部激痛点关刺联合中渚穴电针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of trigger point Guan acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture at Zhongzhu(TE3)in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:A total of 72 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture at the trigger points and electroacupuncture at the trigger points and Zhongzhu(TE3).The patients in the treatment group were treated with Guan acupuncture at the trigger point and electroacupuncture at Zhongzhu(TE3).The patients in the control group were treated with routine acupoint according to the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapeutics,and electroacupuncture at C4,C5 and C6 cervical paravertebral point.Both groups were treated once a day,10 times as a course of treatment,and the curative effect was observed after one course of treatment.The changes of VAS and NPQ were observed before and after treatment.Results:1 case fell off in the treatment group,35 cases actually completed,and 2 cases fell off in the control group,34 cases actually completed.The VAS and NPQ scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and NPQ scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%(30/35),and that of the control group was 61.76%(21/34).The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scapular trigger point Guan acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture at Zhongzhu points(TE3)has a significant effect on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
