摘 要:总结补肾方剂对椎间盘髓核细胞及细胞外基质,椎间盘软骨终板,椎间盘炎症因子,以及水通道蛋白的影响,归纳补肾方剂干预椎间盘退变的基础研究进展。补肾方剂能有效减少椎间盘细胞外基质的降解,延缓椎间盘内髓核细胞的凋亡,改善椎间盘软骨终板的血供,抑制炎症因子的表达,上调水通道蛋白的表达,从而延缓椎间盘的退变过程。This paper summarizes the basic research progress of tonifying kidney recipes on intervertebral disc degeneration from three aspects:the effects of tonifying kidney recipes on intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus cells and extracellular matrix,intervertebral disc cartilage endplate,and intervertebral disc inflammatory factors and water channel proteins.It is believed that tonifying kidney recipes can effectively reduce the degradation of intervertebral disc extracellular matrix,delay the apoptosis of nucleus pulposus cells,improve the blood supply of intervertebral disc cartilage end plate,inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors,and increase the amount of water channel proteins,thus fundamentally slowing down the degeneration process of intervertebral disc.
