摘　　要：目的:为顺应我国高等教育首个新国标(《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》)对药学专业人才培养的需求,对药剂学课程实验教学进行改革的探索和实践,以期提高药学专业人才培养质量。方法:紧扣新国标中“突出学生中心原则”(中药制剂),在药剂学实验教学过程中嵌入以“浸出制剂”为实验对象的自主设计实验环节。结果:学生以小组为单位,设计不同的实验方案,根据方案完成不同处方、不同剂型的浸出制剂成型工艺。结论:学生在小组式自主设计综合性实验过程中能充分激发其学习兴趣和潜能,提高团队协作能力,培养创新精神,对其他高等药学院校药剂学课程的实验教学具有一定的借鉴作用。Objective:In order to met the needs of the first new national standard of higher education in China(The National Standard for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Colleges and Universities)for the cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals,the exploration and practice of the reform of experimental teaching of pharmacy course were carried out in order to improve the quality of the cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals.Methods:Closely adhering to the"prominent student-centered principle"(traditional Chinese medicine preparation)in the new national standard,the independent design experimental link with"extracted preparations"as the experimental object was embedded in the pharmaceutical experimental teaching process.Results:Students designed different experimental schemes in groups,and completed the forming processes of leaching preparations with different prescriptions and dosage forms according to the schemes.Conclusion:In the process of group-style independent design of comprehensive experiments,students can fully stimulate their learning interest and potential,improve teamwork ability,and cultivate innovative spirit.This method has a certain reference effect on the experimental teaching of pharmacy courses in other higher pharmacy colleges.
