摘 要:针对几种典型的管板与换热管材料组合,通过ANSYS模拟应力分析及胀管工艺试验,对管壳式热交换器中管板与换热管贴胀结构的胀管压力确定及胀管效果进行了分析比较,验证了常用胀管压力计算方式及设定压力的合理性,并对不符合胀管原理及管孔加工稍微超差的情况下的胀管效果进行了分析。Aiming at several typical combinations of tube plate and heat exchanger tube materials,ANSYS simulation stress analysis and tube expansion process test are adopted to determine the tube expansion pressure of the tube plate and expansion structure of heat exchanger tube in the shell and tube heat exchanger and to analyze and compare the tube expansion effects.This paper verifies the commonly used expansion pressure calculation methods and the reasonableness of setting pressure.It also analyzes the case of non-compliance with the expansion principles and the expansion effects of pipe holes that are out-of-tolerance slightly.
