单管三旋泄料锥口通径与操作弹性的关系研究

摘  要:催化裂化装置烟气三级旋风分离器(以下简称三旋)是该装置的重要静设备,其中立置式单管三旋应用最广泛,它的高效运行是烟气轮机(简称烟机)、锅炉等设备长周期高效运行的保障。三旋的效率和可靠性都是业内所关注的。研究表明,单管泄料锥结构有更高的效率,但工程实践证明,它的通径应与粉尘负荷相匹配,否则易出现催化剂粉尘结垢而致单管失效。采用较大通径的泄料锥能够保持单管操作弹性、提高其可靠性,是防止烟机结垢及烟机长周期运行的关键。The three-stage cyclone separators of flue gas in catalytic unit is important static equipment in the unit.Among them,the vertical three-stage cyclone separator is the most widely used.Its efficient operation is the guarantee of the long-period efficient operation of the equipment such as flue gas turbine and boiler.Efficiency and reliability of the three-stage cyclone separators are the concern of the industry.Research shows that single-tube blowdown cone structure has higher efficiency,but engineering practices prove that its drift diameter should match the dust load,otherwise catalyst dust scale may appear easily,resulting in failure of the single tube.The use of a larger diameter blowdown cone can maintain the flexibility of single tube operation and improve its reliability,which is the key to prevent fouling and maintain the long-cycle operation of the flue gas turbine.
