摘  要:为了降低危化品仓库人工工作方式存在的安全隐患,提高工作效率。通过LabVIEW平台在电脑上进行程序的编写,基于ZigBee无线通信技术、485串口通讯技术以及传感器技术设计了一套软件与硬件相结合的危化品仓库的无线监测系统。经过多次实验表明:ZigBee通信技术和485通讯协议可将仓库内传感器采集到的参数实时发送给计算机,再由计算机发送给云端LabVIEW客户端,实现对仓库的远距离监测,加强了危化品仓库的安全性。In order to reduce the hidden danger of the manual work in the dangerous chemical warehouse and improve the work effi⁃ciency.Based on ZigBee wireless communication technology,485 serial port communication technology and sensor technology,a wireless monitoring system of dangerous chemicals warehouse is designed by combining software and hardware.Through many ex⁃periments,it is proved that ZigBee communication technology and 485 communication protocol can send the parameters collected by sensors in the warehouse to the computer in real time,and then the computer sends them to the LabVIEW client in the cloud to realize the remote monitoring of the warehouse,the safety of the dangerous chemical warehouse has been strengthened.
