摘 要:目的:为提高医疗设备保障能力、维修能力,降低故障风险及平均故障时间,构建医疗设备精准化维修系统。方法:该系统基于数据驱动模式进行设计,采用中台系统实现数据驱动功能。整个系统包括数据存储层、公共技术层、服务层、业务层和展示层。数据存储层采用Ceph对象存储技术结合RESTful API、CephFS网络文件系统实现院内私有云数据访问并建立档案文件集中存储体系,采用librados为数据访问提供接口;公共技术层采用Kettle、预定义数据视图模板、数据视图映射、Kafka、Spark Stream、Kylin、Rapid Miner实现数据抽取-转换-载入、数据整合、流数据处理、统计挖掘等功能;服务层及展示层分别基于Spring Boot、React框架开发。结果:采用该系统后,医疗设备故障后的平均响应时间、平均故障分析时长、平均修复时间等指标均大幅缩短。结论:该系统将数据驱动模式引入医疗设备维修管理过程,有利于提高医疗设备维修保障效能。Objective To build a medical equipment precision maintenance system in order to improve medical equipment's supportability and maintainability while decrease its risk of failure and mean time to failure.Methods A medical equipment precision maintenance system was designed based on data driven mode with a middleware system to implement data-driven functions,which involved in a data storage layer,a public technology layer,a service layer,a business layer and a display layer.The data storage layer used Ceph object storage technology combined with RESTful API and CephFS to achieve private cloud data access and establish a centralized storage system for archive files,and the librados was employed to provide interfaces for data access.The public technology layer realized data extraction-transformation-loading,data integration,stream data processing and statistical mining with Kettle,predefined data view template,data view mapping,Kafka,Spark Stream,Kylin and Rapid Miner;the service layer and display layer were developed based on Spring Boot and React framework respectively.Results The system developed shortened the average time for response,failure analysis and repair after the occurrence of the failures.Conclusion The system designed enhances the effectiveness of medical equipment maintenance by introducing data driven mode.
