摘　　要：选择杨潜叶叶蜂的2种防治药剂(1.2%烟碱·苦参碱和氯氰菊酯)进行药效试验,以不同水溶液配比的喷雾防治方式和以柴油按比例混合的喷烟防治方式对杨潜叶叶蜂进行喷施,分别统计其24、48、72h死亡率,并对其不同水平下的防治效果进行差异显著性分析。结果表明:24h时,苦参碱800倍液防治效果最优;48h时,苦参碱1200倍液喷雾与喷烟防治均可;72h时,各水平下的死亡率均达90%以上。综合考虑经济效益和生态效益及林分郁闭情况,宜选择苦参碱800倍液进行防治。In this paper,a comparison test of the efficacy of different pesticides,matrine and cypermethrin,used for the prevention and control of Messa taianensis Xiao et Zhou.The spray control method of different aqueous solution ratios and the smoke control method of the proportional mixture of diesel oil were sprayed on the pest.The death rate of insects at 24h,48h and 72h were counted respectively,and the control effects at different levels were analyzed for the significance of the difference.The results showed that:24h matrine 800 times solution had the best control effect;48h matrine 1200 times solution can be sprayed or smoked.At 72h,the death rates under different levels were more than 90%,but comprehensive consideration from the perspective of ecological and environmental protection and for⁃est canopy closure,800 times solution of matrine was selected for prevention and treatment.
