摘 要:轨道几何检测系统、铁路工务巡检系统广泛应用于工务检测,已成为保障运营安全、指导养护维修的重要手段。上述检测系统在运用过程中由于缺乏专业的试验线,未能实现整系统级的校准评定。试车Ⅲ线设计方案从校准评定对象、校准参考值提取两方面入手,依据检测系统技术规范以及线路维修规则设计总体方案。在轨道结构选型以及轨道几何不平顺、轨道检测监测、轨道结构伤损等方面进行了设计,未来可满足试验线要求。Track geometric detection system and patrol inspection system of railway permanent way are widely applied in permanent way inspection,which has become a significant means to ensure the operation safety and guide the maintenance and repair.Due to the lack of dedicated test lines for the application of the abovementioned inspection system,the whole system-level calibration and evaluation have not been realized.The overall design scheme for the test lineⅢfocuses on two aspects,i.e.the objects of calibration and evaluation and the reference values of calibration,in line with the technical specifications of the inspection system and permanent way rules.It designs the track structure selection,track geometric irregularity,track inspection and monitoring,and track structure damage,which can meet the requirements of the test tracks in the future.
