摘 要:为进一步促进稀土夜光纤维的光色多元化,改善其光色单一性问题,本文以SrAl_(2)O_(4)∶Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)和Sr_(2)MgSi_(2)O_(7)∶Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)为共同发光中心,通过硅烷偶联剂作为分子桥将光转换剂结合到发光材料表面,采用聚丙烯腈成纤聚合物为基体,通过溶液纺丝法制备一种激发后在黑暗状态下可以发出多元光色的夜光纤维,制备了一种兼顾红色发光特性和持久发光性能的夜光纤维,并对其性能进行了研究。结果显示,红色光转换剂的添加没有对发光材料以及成纤聚合物的物相结构造成破坏,并且复合夜光纤维的激发光谱和发射光谱都向长波长移动,光谱发生红移;从余辉衰减曲线可知,随着光转换剂添加量的增加,纤维余辉亮度随之降低;此外,夜光纤维的光色红移程度会随着红色光转换剂质量分数的增加而增强。In order to increase the diversity of photochromic of rare earth luminous fiber and improve its single-color problem,a luminous fiber with both red luminescence characteristics and long-lasting luminescence performance was prepared by using SrAl_(2)O_(4)∶Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)and Sr_(2)MgSi_(2)O_(7)∶Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)as the common luminescent center,the silane coupling agent as a molecular bridge to bond the light conversion agent to the surface of the luminescent material,the polyacrylonitrile fiber-forming polymer as the matrix and spinning through solution method to prepare a luminous fiber that can emit multiple light colors in the dark state after excitation,and its performance was studied.The results showed that the addition of the red conversion agent did not damage the phase structure of the luminescent material and the fiber-forming polymer.The excitation and emission spectra of the composite luminous fiber moved to long wavelengths,and the spectrum had red-shifted.The afterglow curve indicated that as the amount of light conversion agent increased,the fiber afterglow brightness decreased.In addition,the degree of red shift of the light color of the luminous fiber increased with the increase of the concentration of the red conversion agent.
