摘 要:为解决现有钢板剪力墙对边缘梁柱附加弯矩大、震后留有较大残余变形等问题,设计并加工由两根自复位耗能支撑和一片两边连接钢墙板组成的带自复位耗能支撑钢板剪力墙(SPSW-SCEDB)试件,并对其在低周往复荷载作用下的承载力、耗能能力及自复位能力进行试验研究,分析墙板与支撑之间的协同作用关系。研究结果表明:SPSW-SCEDB呈现饱满的旗形滞回曲线,墙板与自复位耗能支撑以并联关系共同承担水平荷载,消耗输入能量;加载位移较小时,SPSW-SCEDB承载能力主要由墙板提供,随着加载位移的增大,自复位耗能支撑的承载力贡献逐渐增大并超过墙板的承载力;SPSW-SCEDB的耗能主要由墙板提供,自复位耗能支撑为系统提供补充耗能,系统的耗能能力相较于其墙板单独加载时的耗能能力有所削弱;当自复位耗能支撑的设计剩余恢复力大于墙板的受压承载力时,SPSW-SCEDB的残余变形角小于0.2%,具有良好的自复位能力。In order to solve the problems of large additional bending moment of steel plate shear wall to boundary beams and columns, and substantial residual deformation after the earthquake, the steel plate shear wall with self-centering energy dissipation braces(SPSW-SCEDB) system combining one steel wall plate connected to beams only and two self-centering energy dissipation braces was designed and fabricated. Low-cyclic reversed loading tests were conducted on this specimen to study the bearing capacity, energy dissipation and self-centering capabilities, and the cooperation relationship between the wall plate and the braces was analyzed. The results demonstrate that the SPSW-SCEDB exhibits plump flag-shaped hysteretic curves, and the wall plate and the braces bear the horizontal loads and dissipate the input energy in a parallel relationship. When the loading displacement is small, most of the bearing capacity of the SPSW-SCEDB is provided by the wall plate. With the increase of the loading displacement, the bearing capacity contribution of the self-centering energy dissipation braces gradually increases and exceeds that of the wall plate. The energy dissipation of the SPSW-SCEDB is mainly provided by the wall plate. The self-centering energy dissipation braces provide supplementary energy dissipation for the system, and the energy dissipation capacity of the system is weakened compared to that of the wall plate when it is loaded alone. When the designed residual restoring force of self-centering energy dissipation braces is greater than the compressive bearing capacity of wall plate, the residual drift ratio of the SPSW-SCEDB is less than 0.2%, showing good self-centering capacity.
