摘  要:榫卯节点是一种半刚性的连接节点,抗弯能力相对较弱,接近于铰接特征。为了提升榫卯节点的承载力、刚度以及耗能能力,根据榫卯节点的力学特征设计了耗能雀替,通过对不同顶层段距比例、不同厚度、不同宽度的耗能雀替进行低周反复荷载试验及有限元模拟,得到其滞回曲线和骨架曲线。建立12个含不同尺寸耗能雀替的榫卯节点参数化模型,通过有限元模拟,得到其滞回曲线、骨架曲线和耗能曲线。结果表明:耗能雀替在受压与受拉状态均具有良好的耗能特性,具备双向耗能、多点屈服、可参数化设计等优点;增加钢板厚度和宽度可以有效提升耗能器的承载力和刚度,顶层首段段距适当减小可提高耗能雀替的力学性能;采用耗能雀替加固榫卯节点后,耗能雀替钢板的屈服大大提高了榫卯节点的耗能能力,增加内层钢板厚度的耗能雀替可以更有效地提升榫卯节点的抗震性能。Mortise-tenon joint is a kind of semi-rigid joint, which has relatively weak bending resistance and is close to hinge joint in loading behavior. In order to improve the bearing capacity, stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of mortise-tenon joints. According to the mechanical characteristics of mortise-tenon joints, the QueTi dampers were designed. Then the low cyclic reversed loading tests and finite element simulations were performed on the QueTi damper with different proportions of top-level segment spacing, different thicknesses and different widths, and the hysteretic curves and skeleton curves were obtained. Additionally, finite element simulations were performed on 12 mortise-tenon joints strengthened with QueTi damper of different sizes, and the hysteretic curves, skeleton curves and energy dissipation curves were obtained. The results show that the QueTi damper has good energy dissipation characteristics under both compressive and tensile states, and has advantages such as two-way energy consumption, multiple point yielding, and parameterized design. Its stiffness, energy dissipation capacity and bearing capacity are positively correlated with the thickness and width of the energy absorber within a certain range, and negatively correlated with the top segment of the top layer. The energy dissipation capacity of mortise-tenon joints is positively correlated with the yielding of the energy absorber in QueTi damper after reinforcement. Particularly, the seismic performance of mortise-tenon joints is effectively strengthened with the increase of the thickness of inner energy absorber.
