基于数据挖掘的葶苈大枣泻肺汤“泻肺”内涵及临床配伍规律探析

摘　　要：目的现在对葶苈大枣泻肺汤的研究多集中于应用其泻肺机理治疗多种肺系及心系疾病,但对其泻肺本身研究阐释较少,且临床多重用葶苈子而忽视大枣的重要配伍作用,故本文对葶苈大枣泻肺汤进行数据挖掘分析,探析"泻肺"内涵及临床配伍规律,为其临床合理应用提供依据。方法以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网为数据库,检索筛选葶苈大枣泻肺汤相关文献,采用频次分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析等数据挖掘方法对筛选的文献中涉及的药物进行分析。结果共筛选出文献281篇,涉及方剂347首,中药243味。葶苈大枣泻肺汤单方加减应用最多;出现频数最高的单味药为葶苈子;药物二项、三项、四项关联规则分析显示依次是9、16、6项;聚类数目为六类时较好。结论通过对葶苈大枣泻肺汤文献的数据挖掘,深入挖掘出"泻肺"的内涵一为泻肺水,一为泻肺热。泻肺中水饮时多配伍利水、通阳药物;泻肺热降气化痰浊时多配伍清热降气化痰药物,且葶苈力峻多配伍护正之品。临床适应病证不同,应用配伍也多有异,需注意恰当使用。Objective Currently,the research on Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction is mainly focused on the application ofits mechanism of purging lung to treat a variety of lung and heart diseases,but the research on its purging lung itself isless,and the clinical use of Semen Descurainiae is more important than the important compatibility of Fructus Jujubae.Therefore,this paper carries out data mining analysis on Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction,analyzes the connotation of"purging lung"and the clinical compatibility rules,so as to provide basis for rational clinical application.MethodsCNKI,Wanfang Data knowledge service platform and VIP network were used to search and screen the related literaturesof Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction.The drugs involved in the selected literatures were analyzed by frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and other data mining methods.Results A total of 281 literatures wereselected,involving 347 prescriptions and 243 herbs.The single prescription of Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction was themost widely used;Semen Descurainiae was the single drug with the highest frequency of occurrence;the association ruleanalysis of two,three and four drugs showed that 9,16 and 6 items were in turn;the cluster number of six categories wasbetter.Conclusion Through the data mining of Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction,the connotation of"purging lung"can befound out.One is lung water,and the other is lung heat.When purging lung in water fluid,it is often complicated withherbs of inducing diuresis and unblocking yang;when purging lung heat was used to reduce 1 i and remove phlegmturbidity,herbs of clearing heat,descending qi and resolving phlegm were used.Due to strong actions of Semen Descurainiae,it is more compatible with the herbs of protection.Due to different clinical indications and compatibility,itis necessary to pay attention to proper use.
