摘　　要：舌诊是中医望诊的主要内容之一,是辨证施治的重要依据。但舌诊与中医其他诊法一样,用语言描述以文字记录,缺乏量化指标和客观记录手段,限制了中医宝贵经验的传承。近年来,利用图像记录和数字图像分析手段进行中医舌象信息的采集与分析逐渐发展起来,并被应用于基础及临床研究。文章对近几年中医舌象信息采集、信息分析等舌诊客观化技术进行综述,并总结了舌诊客观化技术在临床的应用情况,对技术领域及临床应用情况进行分析探讨,为相关领域的进一步发展提供参考。Tongue diagnosis is an important part of inspection diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.However,like other diagnostic methods in traditional Chinese medicine,information of tongue manifestation is recorded in words,lacking quantitative indicators and objective recording means,which limits the inheritance of valuable experience in traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,using the technology of digital image processing and analysis to collect and analyze tongue manifestation information of traditional Chinese medicine has gradually developed,and these technologies have been applied to clinical research.In this paper,the objectification techniques of tongue inspection,such as information acquisition of tongue manifestation and information analysis of tongue manifestation,are reviewed,and the applications of objectification techniques in clinical practice are summarized.The technical methods and clinical application are analyzed and discussed to provide reference for the further development of related fields.
