摘　　要：偏头痛是一种以搏动性头痛为主要临床特征的神经系统疾病,极大地影响了患者的生活质量,有研究证实,针刺治疗偏头痛安全有效,但起效机制仍然不明确。研究针刺治疗偏头痛的机制,有助于推广针刺治疗偏头痛的适用。过去几年里,神经影像学的发展能够帮助人们深入的理解偏头痛的发病机制。同时,越来越多的针刺治疗偏头痛的神经影像机制研究促进了对针刺起效机制的理解。总的来说,24项针刺治疗偏头痛的神经影像学机制研究发现,针刺可以通过影响脑结构、脑代谢、以及脑功能起到治疗效果。因此,大脑功能结构的改变可能是针刺治疗偏头痛的中枢机制。在这个综述中,我们对当前偏头痛发病的神经影像学机制和针刺治疗的神经影像学机制进行了系统的整理,讨论了针刺治疗偏头痛神经影像学机制的发展方向与展望。Migraine is a neurological disease with throbbing headache as the main clinical feature,which greatly affects the quality of life of patients.Studies have confirmed that acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of migraine,but the mechanism of action is still unclear.Studying the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine will help promote the application of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine.In the past few years,the development of neuroimaging can help people deeply understand the pathogenesis of migraine.At the same time,more and more studies on the neuroimaging mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine have promoted the understanding of the mechanism of acupuncture.In summary,24 neuroimaging mechanisms of acupuncture treatment of migraine have found that acupuncture can have a therapeutic effect by affecting brain structure,brain metabolism,and brain function.Therefore,changes in the functional structure of the brain may be the central mechanism of acupuncture treatment of migraine.In this review,we have systematically sorted out the neuroimaging mechanisms of current migraine onset and neuroimaging mechanisms of acupuncture treatment,and discussed the development direction and prospects of neuroimaging mechanisms of acupuncture treatment of migraine.
