摘　　要：国家治理现代化是世界政治理论研究的一项重要课题,也是中国共产党治国理政的理念与实践。中国国家治理现代化指的是全社会在中国共产党的领导下依照宪法和法律、通过各种途径和形式广泛参与、协同管理国家和社会公共事务的过程。其最终目标是实现“善治”,包括国家治理体系现代化和治理能力现代化两个方面的过程。通过对治理环境、治理主体、治理手段等中西方国家治理模式三要素的比较分析,可知:中国共产党的集中统一领导是中国国家治理现代化的最大优势和鲜明特色。在党和国家的治理理论与治理实践中三大治理优势和特色已经形成,即具有合理的制度设计和长远的治理规划、建立健全治理体制机制以提升治理效能、坚持和发展以人民为中心的全过程民主。中国国家治理现代化的时代意义在于,顺应广大人民群众的新时代社会发展需求、为中国权力监督体系的构建提供理论指导、为世界政治发展贡献中国智慧和中国方案。The modernization of national governance is an important issue in the research of the world’s political theory.It is also the concept and practice of the Chinese Communist Party.China’s national governance refers to the whole society in accordance with the Constitution and law under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,through various ways and forms,and cooperate with the process of managing national and social public affairs.The ultimate goal is to achieve two aspects of“good governance”,including the modernization of national governance system and modernization.Through the comparative analysis of the three elements of the governance environment,governance main,governance,etc.,can be seen:the centralized unified leadership of the Communist Party of China is the biggest advantage and distinctive characteristics of China’s national governance The three governance advantages and features in the governance theory and governance practices in the party and the state have been formed,that is,a reasonable institutional design and long-term governance planning,establish and improve the management mechanism mechanism to enhance the management efficiency,adhere to the people-centered The whole process democracy.The significance of the modernization of China's national governance is that in line with the social development needs of the broad masses of the people,providing theoretical guidance for the construction of China's power supervision system,contributing China’s wisdom and Chinese programs for the world's political development.
