摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨横向骨搬移技术(TTT)治疗糖尿病足疗效的Meta分析。方法系统检测中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆及中国临床注册中心等有关TTT治疗糖尿病足的随机对照试验,检索时间截止到2020年10月,采用RevMan5.3和Stata14.0软件进行分析,以疼痛评分、足温、肱骨指数、溃疡愈合时间为临床疗效评价指标。结果共纳入4篇文献,232例患者。治疗后,试验组在疼痛评分、踝肱指数、愈合时间等方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TTT治疗糖尿病足可以改善下肢血供,减轻疼痛,促进溃疡愈合,但近远期疗效及安全性的稳定性仍需临床试验进一步证实。Objective To perform Meta-analysis on efficacy of tibia transverse transport(TTT)in the treatment of diabetic foot.Method The CNKI,China Biomedical Literature database,Wanfang database,VIP China Science and Technology Periodical database,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library and Chinese Clinical Trial Registry were systematically retrieved for randomized controlled trials on TTT for diabetic foot.The search time ended in October 2020,and RevMan5.3 and Stata14.0 software were used to analyze pain score,foot temperature,ankle brachial index and ulcer healing time as the clinical efficacy evaluation indexes.Result A total of 232 patients were included in 4 literature.After treatment,the experimental group was superior to the control group in pain score,ankle brachial index and ulcer healing time(P<0.05).Conclusion TTT treatment of diabetic foot can improve the blood supply of lower limbs,relieve pain and promote ulcer healing.However,the stability of short-term and long-term efficacy and safety needs further confirmation in clinical trials.
