摘  要:针对榆林凯越煤制甲醇项目存在的原料煤制浆系统无备机、制浆浓度低及甲醇合成系统气冷塔易超温等问题,进行了甲醇增产扩能改造。通过新增1台水冷反应器,将2台水冷反应器并联后再与原气冷反应器串联的方式对合成系统进行改造,同时增加煤浆提浓系统(增加粗粉线及细浆制备设备)以提高煤浆浓度。运行结果表明:煤浆质量分数由技改前的59.50%提高到64.04%,有效气体积分数从80.22%增加至82.34%;精甲醇产量较技改前提高了9.58%;吨甲醇成本降低了2.65%。To solve the problems of no standby machine in the feed coal to slurry system,low slurry concentration,and easy over-temperature of air-cooled column of methanol synthesis system of Yulin Kaiyue coal to methanol project,the transformation of methanol production capacity expansion was carried out.A new water-cooled reactor was added.After two water-cooled reactors were connected in parallel,they were connected in series with the original air-cooled reactor.A coal slurry concentration system(adding coarse powder line and fine slurry preparation equipment)was added to improve the coal slurry concentration.The operation results showed that the mass fraction of coal slurry increased from 59.50%to 64.04%,and the effective gas(CO+H_(2))volume fraction increased from 80.22%to 82.34%.The output of refined methanol increased by 9.58%,and the cost per ton of methanol was reduced by 2.65%.
