摘  要:针对水煤气变换系统出现的高温冷凝液闪蒸槽压力低、变换炉催化剂低温活性得不到充分利用、蒸汽汽提系统结晶等问题,进行了原因分析,根据工艺实际运行情况,采取了在闪蒸槽引入高压氮气、在煤气预热器壳程管道前增加现场阀门、在易堵位置增加伴热和喷射蒸汽、在原料气分离器后增加预变换炉和高压蒸汽混合器等措施,改造后有效解决了水煤气变换系统出现的问题,延长了催化剂寿命、避免了原料气过滤器、煤气预热器和汽提系统堵塞等,降低了运行成本。In view of the problems of low pressure of high-temperature condensate flash tank,insufficient utilization of low-temperature activity of shift catalyst and crystallization of steam stripping system in water gas shift system,the causes were analyzed.According to the actual process operation,measures were taken,such as adding high-pressure nitrogen into the flash tank,adding field valves in front of the shell side pipeline of the gas preheater,adding heat tracing and steam injection at easy-to-block locations,adding pre-shift furnace and high-pressure steam mixer after the feed gas separator,etc.After the renovation,the problems of water gas shift system were effectively solved,the service life of catalyst was prolonged,the blockage of feed gas filter,gas preheater and stripping system was avoided,and the operation cost was reduced.
