摘  要:介绍了陕西神木化学工业有限公司煤制甲醇项目污水处理装置SBR序批式活性污泥污水处理工艺流程及原理,针对装置运行时存在的曝气装置运行经济性差、SBR池易受高浓度NH_(3)-N的冲击、气化污水温度偏高等问题,对曝气装置、气化废水预处理装置等进行了改造,并优化了进水管线和运行周期。优化改造实施后,有效提升了装置运行的经济性和效率。The process and principle of sequencing batch reactor activated sludge wastewater treatment process in coal-to-methanol project of Shaanxi Shenmu Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.was introduced.In view of such problems as poor operation economy of aeration unit,SBR tank easy to be impacted by high concentration NH_(3)-N,and high temperature gasification wastewater,the aeration unit and gasification wastewater pretreatment were renovated,and the inlet pipeline and operation period were optimized.After the optimization and transformation,the economy and efficiency of the plant operation were effectively improved.
