摘　　要：沥青混凝土路面热再生技术是将老旧路面进行加热、铣刨、复拌、重铺过程的新工艺新技术,这种技术大量节省了原材料及运输成本,实现节能减排,对环境保护有非常重要的意义。但是由于路面是热的不良导体,造成热风循环方式热再生在深度层面加热不够均匀。本文设计一种路面进行耙松装置,安装在沥青混凝土路面热再生机组上,经耙松让热量更容易进入路面深层,实现较均匀的加热,同时实现更加节能的目的。Hot recycling technology of asphalt concrete pavement is a new technology that heats,milling,remixing and repaving the old pavement.This technology saves a lot of raw materials and transportation costs,realizes energy saving and emission reduction,and is of great significance to environmental protection.However,because the road surface is a poor conductor of heat,the heat regeneration by hot air circulation is not evenly heated at the depth level.In this paper,a pavement raking and loosening device is designed,which is installed on the asphalt concrete pavement thermal regeneration unit.After raking and loosening,the heat can easily enter the deep layer of the pavement,achieving more uniform heating and energy saving.
