摘　　要：难治性便秘通常指药物治疗4周无效或3个月的盆底生物反馈治疗无效的便秘。慢性便秘是影响中老年人的常见病,但仅不足20%的患者接受临床评估和系统干预。根据症状和肛门直肠功能测试结果,慢性便秘可分为功能性便秘、便秘型肠易激综合征和排便障碍。本文就难治性便秘的临床评估和药物治疗作一概述。Refractory constipation usually refers to constipation with no response to 4 weeks of drug treatment or 3 months of pelvic floor biofeedback training.Chronic constipation is a common disease mainly affecting middle-aged and elderly individuals.However,less than 20%of the patients have received clinical evaluation and systematic intervention.According to the symptoms and results of anorectal function test,patients with chronic constipation can be generally classified as functional constipation,irritable bowel syndrome with constipation and defecatory disorders.This article made a brief summary on the clinical evaluation and drug therapy of refractory constipation.
