麝香保心丸联合他汀类药物治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效及安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价麝香保心丸联合他汀类药物治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献(CBM)、PubMed、EMbase数据库,纳入应用麝香保心丸联合他汀类药物治疗冠心病心绞痛的研究,其中对照组采用他汀类及常规西药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用麝香保心丸治疗。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果治疗组临床综合疗效优于对照组[OR=4.60,95%CI(2.82,7.52),P<0.00001],心绞痛症状改善率高于对照组[OR=4.09,95%CI(2.86,5.84),P<0.00001],每日心绞痛发作频率少于对照组[MD=-1.15,95%CI(-1.43,-0.86),P<0.00001],胸痛持续时间较对照组缩短[MD=-1.41,95%CI(-1.75,-1.06),P<0.00001],全血黏度[MD=-1.61,95%CI(-1.72,-1.51),P<0.00001]、血浆黏度[MD=-0.55,95%CI(-0.60,-0.50),P<0.00001]、纤维蛋白原[MD=-1.32,95%CI(-1.40,-1.24),P<0.00001]均低于对照组。结论现有证据表明:麝香保心丸联合他汀类药物治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效较单用他汀类药物疗效显著,不良反应发生较少,安全性良好。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with statins in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods CNKI,VIP,WanFang,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CBM,PubMed,and EMbase datebases were searched for the study of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with statins in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.The patient in control group were treated with statins,and the patients in treatment group were treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill on the basis of control group.Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results Meta analysis results showed that the clinical comprehensive efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group[OR=4.60,95%CI(2.82,7.52),P<0.00001],angina symptom improvement rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group[OR=4.09,95%CI(2.86,5.84),P<0.00001],the frequency of angina pectoris per day in treatment group was lower than that in control group[MD=-1.15,95%CI(-1.43,-0.86),P<0.00001],the duration of chest pain in treatment group was shorter than that in control group[MD=-1.41,95%CI(-1.75,-1.06),P<0.00001],the whole blood viscosity[MD=-1.61,95%CI(-1.72,-1.51),P<0.00001],plasma viscosity[MD=-0.55,95%CI(-0.60,-0.50),P<0.00001],fibrinogen[MD=-1.32,95%CI(-1.40,-1.24),P<0.00001]levels in treatment group were lower than those in control group.Conclusion Existing studies suggest that Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with statins are more effective in treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris than statins alone,with few adverse reactions.
