摘  要:针对海外某660 MW机组在调试升负荷至380 MW区间时发生低频振荡,振荡一直无法平息,最终导致机组跳闸的问题,制定相应PSS试验方案。讨论了试验工况,随后阐明PSS超前滞后参数的整定原则,说明PSS增益整定方法,同时建议了PSS参数优化方案。最终针对机组接入临时系统发生低频振荡的问题,总结PSS试验整定原则,使机组尽可能达到满负荷试运的要求。Based on the low-frequency oscillation occurred when a 660 MW unit was commissioned to increase the load to 380 MW,the oscillation could not be calmed down,which eventually caused the unit to trip.The corresponding PSS test plan was formulated.The test conditions were discussed,and then the tuning principle of the PSS lead-lag parameter was explained.The PSS gain tuning method was explained,and a PSS parameter optimization scheme was proposed.Finally,in order to solve the problem of low-frequency oscillations while the unit connecting to the temporary system,the PSS test setting principles were summarized.They made the unit reaching the requirements of full-load trial operation as far as possible.
