台风期间全厂停电保风机安全方法探讨

摘　　要：风机在台风期间突然断电的状态下,偏航失效,风轮无法调整对风,台风产生的极端风速、突变风向和非常湍流等因素单独或共同作用往往使风机不同程度受到损坏,如叶片因扭转刚度不够出现通透性裂纹或被撕裂,最严重的将导致风机倒塔事故。通过对台风期间全厂停电时如何启动柴油发电机通过集电线路给风机偏航、变浆及控制系统提供电源,使风机及时收桨、偏航对准主风向,确保风机安全停机,避免出现风机损坏的严重事故。Yaw failure occurs when the fan is suddenly cut off during typhoon.The wind wheel cannot adjust to the wind.The extreme wind speed,abrupt wind direction and extreme turbulence caused by typhoon are often damaged to different degrees by single or combined action.Such as the blade because of the torsional stiffness is not enough to appear permeability crack or be torn,which the most serious will lead to fan tower down accident.In order to start the diesel generator to supply power to the fan yaw,variable pulp and control system through the collector line when the whole plant is cut off during the typhoon,it makes the fan timely rewind the OARS and yaw towards the main wind direction,which ensures the safe shutdown of the fan to avoid serious accidents caused by fan damage.
