楮芍凉血汤加减对银屑病血热证患者JAK/STAT信号通路的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨楮芍凉血汤加减对银屑病血热证患者JAK/STAT信号通路的影响。方法:选取2019年9月至2020年7月齐齐哈尔市第一医院收治的银屑病血热证患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受维胺酯胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予楮芍凉血汤加减治疗,2组均连续治疗6周。比较2组治疗前后中医症状改善情况、银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分变化;观察2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况;比较2组治疗前后JAK/STAT信号通路中JAK3、STAT3基因及蛋白的表达。结果:观察组总有效率较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组4个中医症状评分均显著低于对照组,观察组PASI评分显著低于对照组,观察组JAK3、STAT3基因及蛋白表达水平显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率7.50%,对照组为2.50%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:楮芍凉血汤可有效治疗银屑病血热证,改善患者的中医症状,通过调控JAK/STAT信号通路达到治疗银屑病血热证的目的。Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhushao Liangxue Decoction on JAK/STAT signaling pathway in patients with psoriasis with blood heat syndrome.Methods:A total of 80 patients with psoriasis blood heat syndrome admitted to Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with viaminate capsule,and the observation group was treated with modified Zhushao Liangxue Decoction.The 2 groups were treated continuously for 6 weeks.Clinical efficacy,TCM symptom improvement,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Meanwhile,the expression of JAK3 and STAT3 genes and proteins in the JAK/STAT signaling pathway before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results:Compared with the control group(70.00%),the total effective rate of observation group(92.50%)was significantly increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the 4 traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group.The JAK3 and STAT3 gene and protein expression levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Regarding the incidence of adverse reactions,there was no statistically significant difference between the observation group(7.50%)and the control group(2.50%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhushao Liangxue Decoction can effectively treat psoriasis blood heat syndrome,improve patients′TCM symptoms,and achieve the purpose of treating psoriasis blood heat syndrome by regulating JAK/STAT signaling pathway.
