摘 要:为研究破碎机腔型结构参数对提高破碎机性能的影响规律,基于破碎机生产率和产品粒度质量经济指标为目标函数,建立破碎机双目标函数的数学优化模型,对破碎机腔型结构进行优化。依据C900破碎机结构参数,应用数值优化方法,研究动锥底角、平行区长度、进动角等关键参数对破碎机性能的影响规律,得到C900腔型结构参数的最优值。采用断层扫描仪(computerised tomography,CT)和力学试验获取旋回破碎机粗碎后的铁矿石物料性能,利用离散元软件EDEM对破碎机的动态特性进行了仿真,仿真结果与数值分析结果基本吻合。结果表明:动锥底角在一定范围内,随着角度增加,生产率增加,而产品合格率下降;平行区长度在一定范围内,随着长度增加,与产品合格率增加,而生产率下降;进动角在一定范围内,随着角度减小,与生产率和产品粒度质量均下降。In order to study the influence law of crusher chamber structure parameters on improving crusher performance,based on the economic index of crusher productivity and product particle size quality as the objective function,a mathematical optimization model of crusher double objective function was established to optimize the crusher cavity structure.According to the structural parameters of C900 crusher,the numerical optimization method was applied to study the influence of the bottom angle of moving cone,the length of parallel zone,precession angle and other key parameters on the performance of the crusher,and the optimal values of the structural parameters of C900 cavity were obtained.The performance of iron ore after coarse crushing was obtained by computerised tomography(CT)and mechanical test.The dynamic characteristics of the crusher were simulated by EDEM software.The simulation results are basically consistent with the numerical analysis results.The results show that when the base angle of the mantle is within a certain range,the productivity increases with the increase of the angle,while the product qualification rate decreases.When the length of parallel zone is in a certain range,with the increase of the length,the qualified rate of products increases,but the productivity decreases.Within a certain range,the precession angle decreases with the decrease of precession angle,and the productivity and product quality decrease.
