摘  要:为准确测量原位岩体的剪切强度,基于尖状楔形刀具碎岩机理,将其作为检测原位岩体参数的一种手段,自主研制了一款原位岩体剪切仪。通过以含有预钻孔75 mm的砂岩为研究对象,借助有限元分析软件ABAQUS分析楔形刀具间距与侵入岩体特性的关系,同时获取不同间距下楔形刀具的动态载荷响应曲线。仿真结果表明:双楔形刀具间距过小,侵入破碎岩体过程有着不可避免的干涉作用,导致径向载荷过大;双楔形刀具间距过大,虽然可减小径向载荷并降低二者干涉作用,但会导致整体结构尺寸过大,因此选用30~40 mm的间距为宜。研究结果为楔形刀具在原位测试的应用提供了理论依据,为原位岩体剪切仪试验的准确性奠定了基础。In order to accurately measure the shear strength of in-situ rock masses,an in-situ rock mass shearing instrument was developed,based on the rock fragmentation mechanism of the pointed wedge cutter,and used it as a means of detecting in-situ rock mass parameters.By taking the pre-drilledφ75 mm marble as the research object,ABAQUS was used to analyze the relationship between the wedge-shaped tool spacing and the characteristics of intrusive rock mass,and the dynamic load response curve of the wedge-shaped tool at different spacings was obtained.Simulation results show that double wedge cutters’spacing is too small,broken rock invasive procedure has the inevitable interference action,resulting in an excessive radial load.Double wedge cutters’spacing is too large,although it can reduce the radial load and reduce the interference between the two,but it causes the overall structure size to be too large,so the spacing of 30~40 mm is appropriate.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for application of cutters in in-situ testing,and lay a foundation for the accuracy of in-situ rock shear apparatus tests.
