摘 要:为探究聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)纤维分散后沥青胶浆的疲劳变化规律,探索性地采用旋转活塞式拌和法对PVA纤维沥青进行拌和分散,从PVA纤维的微观形貌出发,探究其纤维提高疲劳性能的原因。利用动态剪切仪(dynamic shear rheometer,DSR)对PVA纤维沥青进行时间疲劳扫描,通过复数模量衰减Nf50和累积耗散能比Nder对PVA纤维沥青胶浆疲劳性能进行评价。试验结果表明:旋转活塞式拌和法有效提高了纤维分散均匀性,随着PVA纤维掺量的增加,复数模量增加,疲劳性能增加。控制应力增大,疲劳性能相应降低。Nf50和Nder都能很好地评价沥青的疲劳性能,从物理表达清晰、结构设计安全角度下更推荐采用Nder指标评价沥青疲劳性能。PVA纤维表面有随机分布的凸起颗粒,它们在沥青中起到了稳定、增黏、复合加筋作用,综合提升了纤维与沥青的适配性。In order to investigate the fatigue behavior of asphalt mortar after the dispersion of poly vinyl alcohol fiber(PVA),the rotating piston mixing method was used to mix and disperse the PVA fiber asphalt exploratively,and the microscopic morphology of PVA fiber was used to investigate the reason of its fiber to improve the fatigue performance.The fatigue performance of PVA fiber asphalt mastic was evaluated by the complex modulus decay N_(f50) and cumulative dissipation energy ratio N_(der) using dynamic shear rheometer(DSR)for time scanning.The test results show that the rotating piston mixing method effectively improves the fiber dispersion uniformity,with the increase of PVA fiber,the complex modulus increases and the fatigue performance improves.Both N_(f50) and N_(der) can evaluate the fatigue performance of asphalt,but N_(f50) is recommended to evaluate the fatigue performance of asphalt from the perspective of physical expression and structural safety.PVA fiber surface has a random distribution of raised particles,they play a stabilization,viscosity,composite reinforcement in the asphalt which improve a combination of fiber and asphalt to enhance the suitability of the asphalt.
