生命历程视角下乡城迁移老年人的市民化——基于甘肃省天祝县的调查

摘　　要：城镇化的快速发展,加速周边农村人口向城镇迁移与定居。在生命历程后期,农村老人以主动或被动的形式裹挟进城镇化潮流,从农村流入城镇,生活发生巨变。晚年迁移、身份转型、市民化等生命事件对农村老人的人生轨迹产生了重要影响。因自身人力资本脆弱,农村老人进城即失业,加之难以享受城镇社会保障、子女外出务工等,成为城镇新型贫困群体、边缘群体和留守群体。农村文化对老人产生了根深蒂固的影响,他们在城镇复制农村生活模式,难以适应消费性的城镇生活。虽然老人在城镇生活实践中充满困境,但老人渴望扎根城镇,其市民化意愿与能力间存在张力。进城老人希望在城乡之间两栖流动,享受现代化成果的同时积累家庭资本以规避城镇生活风险。The rapid development of urbanization has accelerated the migration and settlement of the surrounding rural population to towns.In the later period of life,the rural elderly in the form of active or passive participation in the trend of urbanization,from the countryside to the cities and towns,Life has changed dramatically.Life events such as late migration,identity transformation and citizenization have an important impact on the life track of rural elderly.Because of their own weak human capital,rural elderly people are unemployed when they go to the city,and it is difficult to enjoy the social security in cities and their children go out to work,etc,they become a new type of urban poverty groups,marginal groups and left-behind groups.Rural culture has a deep-rooted influence on the elderly,who copy the rural life model in the town,difficult to adapt to the consumptive urban life.Although the elderly in urban life practice full of difficulties,but the elderly desire to take root in the town,there is a tension between their willingness and ability to become citizens in the city.The rural elderly hope to flow between urban and rural amphibious,enjoy the achievements of modernization while accumulating family capital to avoid the e risk of urban life.
