摘　　要：地质大数据共享服务是地质工作成果和价值的体现,对服务于国民经济建设和社会发展具有重要意义。长期以来受政府监管"缺位"、共享服务意识淡薄、共享服务标准体系不完善、共享服务体系基础薄弱、数据源的质量和数量不能满足共享服务以及网络安全等障碍因素影响,地质大数据共享服务工作进展缓慢。为了紧跟实施国家大数据战略、加快建设数字中国的步伐,促进地质行业转型升级,必须有序推进地质大数据共享服务工作。目前经济、技术和可操作性等已能够完全满足地质大数据共享工作的要求。有序推进地质大数据共享服务工作的基本思路:(1)明确地质大数据资源的产权归属;(2)完善政策法规,构建地质大数据共享服务保障机制;(3)强化政府对地质大数据资源配置和共享监管的力度;(4)树立共享理念,提高服务意识,创新服务模式;(5)大力营造地质大数据共享服务的社会文化氛围。The geological big data sharing service is a manifestation of the results and value of geo-work,and is of great significance for serving the national economic construction and social development.For a long time,due to the“absence”of government supervision,weak awareness of sharing service,inadequate sharing service standard system,weak foundation of sharing service system,inability of the quality and quantity of data sources to satisfy sharing services,network security and other obstacles,the progress of geological big data sharing service work is slow.In order to keep up with the implementation of the national big data strategy,accelerate the pace of building digital China,and promote the transformation and upgrading of the geo-industry,it is necessary to advance the geological big data sharing service in an orderly manner.At present,economy,technology and operability can fully meet the requirements of geological big data sharing work.The basic ideas for the orderly advancement of geological big data sharing service are as follows:(1)clarify the ownership of geological big data resources;(2)improve policies and regulations,and establish a service guarantee mechanism for geological big data sharing;(3)strengthen the government’s supervision on the allocation and sharing of geological big data resources;(4)establish a sharing concept,improve service awareness,and innovate service models;(5)vigorously create a social and cultural atmosphere for geological big data sharing service.
