摘 要:为保证海上油气田双层套管射孔穿透性,实现射孔完井产能最大化,基于双层套管射孔动态模型研究了射孔弹装药量、套管钢级、套管壁厚和水泥抗压强度等对双层套管射孔穿透性的影响。结果表明:在相同射孔弹类型条件下,射孔孔径随炸药量的增加而增加;金属粒子流射孔过程速度折减系数在0.48~0.62之间呈现小幅度波动状态;钢级对金属粒子流速度折减量影响较小;壁厚对速度折减量呈现正相关的影响。同时,利用研究成果,优选确定A7井满足工艺要求的双层套管射孔完井地面模拟试验的技术方案。In order to ensure the perforation penetration of double-layer casing in offshore oil and gas reservoirs and maximize the productivity of perforation completion wells,the effects of perforating charge quantity,casing steel grade,casing wall thickness and cement compressive strength on the perforation penetration of double-layer casing are studied based on the dynamic model of double-layer casing perforation.The results show that under the same type of perforating charge,the perforation aperture increases with the increase of explosive quantity;The velocity reduction coefficient of metal particle flow fluctuates slightly between 0.48 and 0.62;The casing steel grade has little effect on the velocity reduction of metal particle flow;There is a positive correlation between casing wall thickness and velocity reduction of metal particle flow.At the same time,using the research results,the technical scheme of ground simulation test of double-layer casing perforation completion meeting the process requirements of well A7 is determined.
