摘  要:针对3D打印马氏体时效钢耐蚀性差的情况,通过优化合金成分,制备出耐蚀时效合金粉体,经3D打印成试样进行盐雾和电化学实验,通过电子扫描显微镜观察试样表面形貌。实验结果表明,在中性盐雾环境下,耐蚀时效合金的耐腐蚀时间比马氏体时效钢长;在3.5NaCl溶液中,耐蚀时效合金的击穿电位远高于马氏体时效钢;相同的腐蚀时间下,马氏体时效钢腐蚀后的形貌为晶界腐蚀和均匀腐蚀,耐蚀时效合金腐蚀后的形貌为点腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀。In view of the poor corrosion resistance of 3D printed maraging steel,the corrosion-resistant aging alloy powder was prepared by optimizing the alloy composition.The samples were printed in 3D for salt spray and electrochemical experiments,and the surface morphology of the samples was observed by electron scanning microscope.The experimental results show that the corrosion resistance time of the corrosion-resistant aging alloy is longer than that of maraging steel in neutral salt spray environment;In 3.5 NaCl solution,the breakdown potential of corrosion-resistant aging alloy is much higher than that of maraging steel;Under the same corrosion time,the morphology of maraging steel after corrosion is grain boundary corrosion and uniform corrosion,and the morphology of corrosion aging alloy after corrosion is spot corrosion and crevice corrosion.
