摘　　要：材质为SCM435合金冷镦钢盘条在拉拔加工过程中出现笔尖状断裂,对拉拔断裂钢丝取样进行宏观检测、金相检测、扫描电镜及能谱分析等理化检测分析。分析结果表明,钢丝心部存在大尺寸硬脆的铝酸钙盐夹杂物是导致钢丝拉拔笔尖状断裂的主要原因。由于钢丝心部存在大尺寸球状铝酸钙盐夹杂物,该夹杂物硬而脆,变形性能极差,导致钢丝在拉拔变形过程中容易在球状铝酸钙盐夹杂物部位产生孔隙,随着钢丝拉拔变形的继续,夹杂物部位的孔隙逐渐扩展为裂纹,裂纹从心部往周边延伸,最终导致钢丝拉拔呈笔尖状断裂。The cold heading steel wire rod made of SCM435 alloy has pen tip fractures in the process of drawing.The samples of drawing broken steel wire were analyzed by macroscopic inspection,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The existence of large-size hard and brittle calcium aluminate inclusions in the core of the steel wire is the main reason for the pen tip fracture of the drawn wire.Due to the existence of large-size spherical calcium aluminate inclusions in the core of steel wire,this type of inclusion is hard and brittle,and the deformation property is very poor,which leads to pores in the spherical calcium aluminate inclusions in the process of drawing deformation.The pores of the inclusions gradually expand into cracks with the continuation of the wire drawing deformation,and the cracks extend from the core to the periphery,resulting in the drawing of the steel wire with a pen tip fracture.
