摘　　要：随着数字图像处理技术和CCD技术的发展,从扎捆棒材截面的图像中计算棒材的数量成为目前常见的方法。文章结合韶钢棒材计数复核的技术现状,对其共性技术进行研究,介绍了一种自动棒材计数系统,以机器视觉为基础,结合图像检测技术、光学成像技术、MES联网技术、光学采相技术,通过图像分析和模式识别技术,实现棒材自动计数。With the development of digital image processing technology and CCD technology,to calculate the number of bars from image of the cross section of bar bundles becomes a common method today.This paper combines the technical status of bar counting review in the steel plant to research its common technology.An automatic rod counting system is described based on machine vision,combined with image detection technology,optical imaging technology,MES networking technology,optical phase acquisition technology,achieved automatic counting of bars by image analysis and pattern recognition techniques.
