摘　　要：阳春新钢铁2座1250 m^(3)高炉通过优化焦炭使用结构和炉料结构,强化筛分,减少入炉粉末,提高风温,合理调整喷煤制度,强化工艺操作,加强炉外管理等措施,2019年平均煤比达到145 kg/t,月平均最高159 kg/t,达到行业较高水平。Through optimizing coke utilization structure and burden structure,strengthening screening,reducing furnace powder,increasing air temperature,reasonably adjusting coal injection system,strengthening process operation,strengthening furnace management and other measures,the average coal ratio at Yangchun New Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.reached 145 kg/t and 159 kg/t monthly average in 2019,reaching a higher level in the industry.
