罗非鱼海水驯化及海上网箱养殖技术

摘　　要：利用鲍鱼场苖种越冬排出的废弃升温水,进行罗非鱼的海水驯化养殖试验。按海水定量方式,逐渐调整提高罗非鱼驯化暂养水的盐度,经过50 d的驯化饲养,使罗非鱼苗完全适应在正常海水(盐度28‰~32‰)里生活,成活率平均75%。将驯化后的鱼苗移到海上网箱中养殖150 d,共收获商品鱼4740 kg,平均产量31.6 kg/m3,平均规格0.6 kg/尾,销售单价40元/kg,总产值18.96万元,平均产值1264元/m3,净利润9.48万元,平均利润632元/m3。Domestication experiment of tilapia from freshwater to seawater was conducted using the waste warm water discharged from the overwintering of the abalone farm.The water salinity for domestication of tilapia was gradually adjusted and increased according to the quantitative method of sea water.After 50 d of domestication and breeding,the tilapia larvae were fully adapted to normal seawater with salinity of 28‰~32‰,with an average survival rate of 75%.Then the tilapia was moved to the offshore cages for 150 d cultivation.By the end of the experiment,5049 kg tilapia were harvested,with an average output 31.6 kg/m^(3).The average size of the fish was 0.6 kg,and the price was 40 yuan/kg.The output value was 1896000 yuan,with an average output 1264 yuan/m^(3).The net profit was 141372.00 yuan,with an average profit 632 yuan/m^(3).
