感染EB病毒儿童T淋巴细胞亚群及感染指标的变化分析

摘　　要：目的:观察EB病毒感染后儿童血液T淋巴细胞亚群及感染指标的变化,为E B病毒感染的儿科临床诊断和治疗提供参考。方法:选择2019年3月-2020年9月本院收治的EB病毒感染患儿60例为EB病毒感染组,另外选择本院同期进行健康体检的健康儿童60名作为健康组,比较两组患儿的T淋巴细胞亚群及感染指标之间的差异。结果:EB病毒感染组患儿的CD4^(+)显著下降,CD8^(+)显著上升,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)显著低于健康组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为6.795、9.466、9.320;P<0.01);EB病毒感染组患儿的C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清转铁蛋白(Tf)、血清D二聚体(DD)水平显著高于健康组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为4.16、2.67、3.36;P<0.05)。结论:EB病毒感染后患儿应答性免疫指标改变明显,感染指标增高明显。Objective To study the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and infection indexes in children infected with Epstein-Barr virus(EBV),and to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)infection.Methods A total of 60 children with Epstein-Barr virus infection admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and another 60 healthy children who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The differences in T lymphocyte subsets and infection indexes between the two groups were compared.Results CD4^(+)was significantly decreased(t=6.795,P<0.01),CD8^(+)was significantly increased(t=9.466,P<0.01),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)was significantly lower in the EBV infected group than in the healthy group(t=9.320,P<0.01),with statistical significance.The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)(t=4.16,P<0.01),serum transferrin(TF)(t=2.67,P<0.01)and serum D-dimer(DD)(t=3.36,P=0.002)in the EBV infected group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion After Epstein-Barr virus infection,the immune response index changed obviously,and the infection index increased obviously.
