摘  要:文章通过高温固相法,采用阴离子基团共替代策略,合成了硼磷酸盐荧光粉Na_(2)BaCa(PO_(4))^(2-)x(BO_(3))x:0.03Eu^(2+)(NaBaCP^(2-)xBx:Eu^(2+))。通过X射线衍射,荧光光谱分析等研究了荧光粉的结构和发光性能。结果表明,通过B原子取代部分P原子,没有对基质的X射线衍射峰产生明显影响。该荧光粉可被365 nm紫外光激发,产生宽带发射。增加掺杂浓度,发射主峰发生红移,荧光粉色坐标由蓝色过渡到青色。x=0.4时样品的发射光谱覆盖了470-520 nm的青光区域,可以作为弥补青光缺失实现全光谱照明的候选材料之一。A series of borophosphate phosphors Na_(2)BaCa(PO_(4))^(2-)x(BO_(3))x:0.03Eu^(2+)(NaBaCP^(2-)xBx:Eu^(2+))have been synthesized by high-temperature solid-state reaction method via anionic-groups cosubstitution strategy.The crystal structure and luminescent properties of the phosphors have been studied in detail through X-ray diffraction and fluorescent spectroscopy.The results show that there is no significant effect on the X-ray diffraction peaks by replacing some P atoms with B atoms.The phosphor can be excited by 365 nm UV light and produce a broadband emission.With the increase of doping concentration,the emission main peak occurs red shift,the Commission Internationale de L’Eclairage(CIE)coordinates of the as-prepared samples can be tuned from blue to cyan.The spectrum of x=0.4 cover the range of cyan which from 470 nm to 520 nm.Consequently,it can be the candidate for the full-spectrum illumination and make up for the lack of cyan emission.
