摘　　要：智慧物流作为连接经济社会生态系统的基础支撑,其发展趋势势不可挡。苏州智慧物流发展有其自身优势,但在发展过程中依然存在着问题和挑战。运用SWOT分析法较为全面地审视苏州智慧物流发展现状,为其找到相应的发展路径:发力新型基础设施,夯实智慧物流发展基础;培养一批综合实力强的智慧物流标杆企业,充分发挥引领示范作用;强化转型升级意识,提高中小企业智慧物流水平;构建共享合作模式,加强物流公共信息平台建设;搭建智慧物流人才培育平台,培养复合型专业人才,从而对苏州经济的高质量发展有所帮助。As the basic support to connect the economic and social ecosystem,the development trend of intelligent logistics is unstoppable.Suzhou smart logistics development has its own advantages,but there are still problems and challenges in the development process.SWOT analysis method is used to comprehensively examine the development status of Suzhou smart logistics,and find the corresponding development path for it:develop new infrastructure,consolidate the development foundation of smart logistics;cultivate a group of intelligent logistics benchmarking enterprises with strong comprehensive strength,and give full play to their leading and demonstration role;strengthen the awareness of transformation and upgrading,improve the level of smart logistics of small and medium-sized enterprises;construct sharing cooperation mode,strengthen logistics public information platform construction;build a training platform for intelligent logistics talents,cultivate compound professional talents,so as to help the high-quality development of Suzhou economy.
