摘 要:为了深入研究保温时间对渗锌层质量的影响,以及渗锌层在凝露SO_(2)腐蚀环境下的腐蚀行为,采用热扩散渗锌技术在60Si2Mn钢表面制备了渗锌涂层,利用金相显微镜分别对60,90,120,150 min等不同保温时间下的渗锌层微观形貌进行了观察,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪对渗锌层与基体结合性能、元素分布、物相结构等进行了分析,同时对保温120 min后的渗锌件进行了凝露条件下的SO_(2)腐蚀试验,分析了腐蚀机理。结果表明:120 min保温时间下,渗锌层结构致密,厚度均匀,连续性好;渗锌层物相结构主要组成为ζ相,δ1相以及Γ相;在凝露SO_(2)条件下,渗锌层腐蚀主要以硫酸盐穴自催化机制为主。In order to deeply study the influence of holding time on the quality of zinc coating and the corrosion behavior of zinc coating in the condensed SO_(2)corrosive environment,the zinc coating was prepared on the surface of 60Si2Mn steel by the hot diffusion zinc infiltration technology.The micro morphologies of zinc layer at different holding time of 60,90,120,150 min were observed by metallographic microscope.Meanwhile,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)were utilized to investigate the bonding condition with the substrate,element distribution and phase structure of zinc layer.The SO_(2)corrosion test under the condition of condensation was carried out on the zinc infiltrated parts after 120 min of holding time,and the corrosion mechanism was further analyzed.Results showed that under 120 min of holding time,the structure of zinc layer was compact,the thickness was uniform and the continuity was good.The phase structure of the zinc layer was mainly composed ofζphase,δ1 phase andΓphase.Under the condition of SO_(2)condensation,the main corrosion mechanism of zinc layer was autocatalytic mechanism of sulfate hole.
